The Cultivating the Humanities and Social Sciences and Supporting Under-represented Scholars of Asia (CHSS) is managed by the Association for Asian Studies. Its duration is five years, starting 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2026

Association for Asian Studies

The Association for Asian Studies (AAS) is a scholarly, non-political, non-profit professional association open to all persons interested in Asia and the study of Asia. With approximately 6,500 members worldwide, representing all the regions and countries of Asia and all academic disciplines, the AAS is the largest organisation of its kind.

Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency

The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) is a government agency of the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. Sida is responsible for organisation of the bulk of Sweden’s official development assistance to developing countries.
